Your plant will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. If extreme weather poses a risk, we may hold your order for safe shipping. While the plant you receive may not be the exact one pictured, it will closely resemble the photos. If your plant arrives damaged, please keep everything (package, plant, and pot) so we can process a claim. We do not offer refunds or returns, but we’ll gladly send a replacement upon claim approval.
